The Static Image film club is a small independant artist collective, based out of Toronto, Ontario. Specializing in bringing artist together and celbrating independant art. Getting their start in the world of film and staying there for the most part. Producing shorts in the documentory, experimental, crime, drama & comedy genres to name a few. The Club is moving forward and also getting involved in the worlds of music, theatre & traditional print media. Staying true to their word of bringing Toronto the next wave of artists.

Founded by Jediah Currie, The Static Image Film Club is a place for artist to bring their art to the world. We were tired of "corprate art", we like art that you can tell was made from a place of passion and love and that’s what the Static Image is all about, Art made by artists and our job is to clear the other clutter out of the way.
